RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
Please note that many of our shawls and blankets are handspun and handmade of natural fibers, so occasional irregularities may occur in the weave or embroidery. These should not be considered as imperfections; rather they enhance the individuality of each piece.

- Sale items discounted by more than 15% are not eligible for return or exchange
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unstained, and free from any damage
- Once received and inspected at our facility, eligible items will be processed for exchange or store credit
- return shipping cost will be refunded ONLY in the event that there was an oversight, i.e., you have received a shawl or blanket that does not match the one in the order confirmation or the item has a genuine quality or production defect
REFUND POLICY
- Approved returns are issued as store credit for the full value of the item(s) returned
- Store credit remains valid for one year from the date it is issued
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
- Any claim regarding a missing or damaged item must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the parcel
- Photographs of both the item(s) and the parcel received will be required
- Our customer care team will carefully review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders may be cancelled for a full refund or store credit provided they have not yet been shipped
- Once an order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to accept cancellation requests
