INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION on ZOOM

These meetings are aimed at people who wish to learn about meditation as well as those who are already established in their saadhanaa.

In essence, meditation is not a technique, a posture or a practice as such. Rather, meditation is the recognition of the Pure Being, our unchanging nature. In the space of meditation, a listening avails itself and what we truly are in Essence is revealed within us. 

I will introduce you to this practice rooted in ancestral knowledge transmitted by the great sages of India.

During our meetings, we will explore different gateways to meditation such as breath, mantra and space. There will be times for reflection and discussion about our meditation experience.

When we offer ourselves to meditation, we receive an invaluable offering which can only be described as a deep sense of ease. Once this sense of ease and tranquillity has been revealed as our Essential Being, it can never be concealed  again.

Once you complete your registration, you will receive a Zoom online invitation. It's very easy! We will also provide you with additional information on how to proceed in case you are not familiar with the Zoom platform.
